In case you opt for cash on delivery we will always make a confirmation about the delivery of the products. The delivery process will be started only once we have a confirmation from you. Exact amount of cash will be collected when the order is delivered and any cancellations are not allowed during the delivery time.
Every care shall be taken to deliver the good to the intended recipient. But OVRS will not be liable in case of any wrong delivery of the product based on the address given by the customer or if any person imposes to be the actual recipient and takes delivery of the goods.
In the event the customer is not available in the mentioned address during the time slot of delivery or door locked and if materials returned without delivery, an amount of Rs 100 will be charged towards incidental expenses.
All terms of this agreement are exclusively based on and subject to Indian law and under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in NEW-DELHI, India.
